All prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. b. Payment for services must be made in advance of delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed to by GFE Bin Rentals. c. GFE Bin Rentals reserves the right to cancel any order or reservation if payment is not received or if payment is refused by the applicable financial institution.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

GFE Bin Rentals will deliver and pickup bins in accordance with the terms of the order or reservation, subject to availability and our service area. b. You agree to provide a clear and safe location for delivery and pickup of the bins. c. If you require delivery or pickup outside of our standard service area, additional charges may apply.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

GFE Bin Rentals makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website. b. GFE Bin Rentals does not warrant that the website or the services offered on it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the website or the server that hosts it is free of viruses or other harmful components. c. GFE Bin Rentals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. d.
